On the 31st of August, as a group we put ourselves in a bus and headed for Little saints Orphanage at Akowonjo, Lagos where we got to meet with about 50 absolutely brilliant boys and girls of different age groups and their caregivers.
Our student volunteers led by Dr Balogun spoke and interacted with the kids on building self esteem while the rest of the team led by Dr Oshodi spoke and interacted with their caregivers.
At the end of the sessions, we shared souvenirs and took lots of pictures.😁
